At Rexco Industries (India), we take pride in the quality of our industrial heating solutions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed.
We offer a 30-day return window. From the date of delivery, you have 30 days to request a return if the industrial heating product is found with a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and include all accessories. Any product that has been installed, used, or modified is generally not eligible for a return unless it has a manufacturing defect verified by our technical team.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part, Rexco Industries (India) will cover the cost of return shipping. In other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our facility.
Once your return is received, our technical team will inspect the product. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition and functionality of the returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
